Title 32 Cyber Study

This research study explores the utilization of National Guard cyber forces in Title 32 status for national cyber missions. This study is part of a doctoral dissertation in Cyber Defense at the Beacom College of Computer and Cyber Sciences (BCCCS) at Dakota State University (DSU), in partnership with the University of Wisconsin–Madison and the Wisconsin National Guard Federated Cyber Program (FCP).
